Global Coalition is an independent mandate advisory and commercial origination firm for infrastructure, resource, energy, data infrastructure and high-consequence projects.
We work from a defined mandate: one paying client, one controlled process, one agreed outcome. We originate and coordinate the counterparties, specialists and execution routes needed to move projects from stalled to actionable, from unsigned to agreed, from consent risk to approval, and from troubled to restored.
Who We Work With
We work with project developers, asset owners, infrastructure sponsors, and capital providers who have a specific commercial problem their existing team cannot solve alone. A stalled capital raise. An unsigned offtake. A permit that will not clear. A contractor who has failed. A lender who has lost confidence.

Independent triage and quality uplift after failure. Rapid root cause corrective actions verification and a controlled restart with full evidence.
What Makes Us Different
Most advisory firms charge a retainer whether or not the problem gets solved. Their incentive is to remain engaged. Our incentive is to close.
Where a mandate has a clear measurable success event, our fee is tied to that event: a signed term sheet, offtake agreement, consent granted, counterparty agreement, project restart or another agreed trigger.
Where pre-outcome work has standalone commercial value, we agree a defined scope and fee before work starts.
This is not a marketing position. It is a commercial structure that aligns our interests with our client's interests from day one.

Our Commercial Structure
We use a defined document ladder to protect both client and firm from the start of every engagement.
Each mandate follows a controlled document ladder.
First, confidentiality is agreed where needed. Second, we define the problem, proposed mandate route, target universe and approval process. Third, we agree either a success-linked Letter of Intent with a precise outcome trigger and counterparty protection, or a narrow Statement of Work for pre-outcome workstreams with standalone commercial value.
We do not contact targets without approval. We document introduction decisions, counterparty status and scope changes.
We do not accept open-ended advisory engagements. We do not work on dual-agency terms. We document every introduction decision and every change to scope.
