What we did

Introduced a grid consultant to re run studies and a utility relations specialist to manage the queue process.

Presented two commercial paths: long term offtake with a creditworthy buyer, or merchant plus capacity payments with a hedge.

Coordinated with a regulated partner for any capital introductions.

Outcome
Revised study passed, an offtake was signed for half the capacity and the rest covered by a structured hedge, unlocking project finance.

Our role was to act as an introducer and curator alongside the client and contracted providers. Delivery and legal responsibility remained with the project owner and counterparties.
