A refinery hydroprocessing unit was offline after a delayed turnaround and supplier disputes. We aligned maintenance providers, safety assurance and offtake buyers to restart safely.

Introduced two turnaround specialists with proven schedules and a safety auditor for independent assurance.

Outcome
Unit restarted, off spec risk managed under a short term offtake, and a longer supply agreement negotiated.
