A cement producer needed to restart a kiln after a long outage and lift throughput while addressing emissions. We curated engineering providers and a path to a carbon capture partnership.

Coordinated with local authorities on permit variations.

Outcome
Kiln restarted, throughput increased twelve percent within limits, and a staged plan for capture ready upgrades agreed.
