A beverage plant was idle due to water rights disputes and a cease and desist order. Global Coalition acted as introducer and curator to align legal pathfinding, water rights brokerage and community engagement.

Outcome
Settlement executed, interim pumping plan approved, plant restarted at reduced draw with a plan to supplement via purchased rights.
