An anaerobic digestion and upgrading project needed a long term RNG purchase agreement and a way to monetise credits to support lenders. We curated utility buyers and a regulated partner for tax equity style capital.

Introduced a utility buyer for a ten year RNG offtake with escalation

Worked with a regulated partner on a structure to monetise environmental credits

Provided independent assurance on feedstock contracts and uptime assumptions

Coordinated pipeline interconnect agreements and measurement plans

Outcome
RNG offtake executed, credit monetisation agreed and debt package approved by lenders.

Our role was to act as an introducer and curator alongside the client and contracted providers. Delivery and legal responsibility remained with the project owner and counterparties.
